Michelle Liguori and Arik Fetscher knew love was in the air when they met as attendants in a wedding. Arik chose the Ligurian Sea in the Italian Riviera to propose because it was most like Michelle’s last name. The two were married on the white sand beach of the Palms Club on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos.
The bride, daughter of Margaret and Louis Liguori of Manalapan, New Jersey, graduated from the University of Rhode Island. She works as a lead trainer for the New York Stock Exchange. Her father was a former governor of AMEX.
The bridegroom, son of Constance Manero and stepson of Nicholas Manero of Greenwich, graduated from the Brunswick School, Tufts University and New England Law School. He is an investment consultant for Maneros Realty and Maneros II in Florida.
The Greenwich newlyweds honeymooned in St. Martin.
