Pssst…Did you hear?

Store openings in Greenwich!

Come spring 2013 the Avenue will get a little French flair. Luxe retailer Hermès is bringing its signature orange to a new 5,250 square-foot space (previously occupied by Best & Co). The boutique will offer all things Hermès, including the brand’s leather goods, silk scarves, fine jewelry, home furnishings, professional equestrian products and fashion accessories. What more to say than Oui!

A jewel is about to rise amidst the rubble in Riverside. The Howard Johnson eyesore has finally gotten its makeover. This spring the Brenwood Hospitality Group will unveil J-Hotel. The 86-room luxury boutique hotel will bring a sleek contemporary vibe to town, featuring high-tech rooms (think TVs that double as mirrors and fully iPad controlled technology), gorgeous gardens, a resort-style pool, outdoor bar and dining, grand event space, chocolate lab (a gourmet chocolate shop) and eleven14kitchen, a restaurant headed by former Spago chef, Kwaku Dongo. We’ve got no reservations that this is going to be a pretty hot spot.

As any good fashionista knows, style waits for no woman. Summer has yet to rear its sandy little head and yet designers are already peddling their fall fashions. Be sure to check out the new looks from famed designer Stuart Weitzman on Wednesday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at his 120 Greenwich Avenue location. Be among the first to order September’s must-haves.
