With the beautiful spring weather finally upon us, what better way to spend your days and evenings than at the New York Botanical Garden. Here are the latest exhibitions and special events we will definitely be checking out! See you there!

Spring Gardening Open House Weekend

May 5-6th

Expert docents will lead tours through the breathtaking Rock Garden, Azalea Garden and Rose Garden.The tour will conclude with a variety of home gardening demonstrations to instruct on the care of azaleas, alpine flowers and woodland plants as well as a sampling of wines from the Naked Grape from 12-4pm. Be sure to stop into the plant sale at Shop in the Garden to find the perfect azalea for your home.

Mother’s Day Weekend Garden Party

May 12-13th

Do something special for Mom this year by treating her to a beautiful day outside. Don’t forget to bring your picnic basket and badminton rackets for a day of picnics and spectacular spring colors.

Monet’s Garden

Beginning May 19th

Feel as if you have just stepped into one of Claude Monet’s paintings. This stunning tribute to French Impressionist showcases a seasonally changing interpretation of the gardens that inspired his art.
