Greenwich Audubon

More than 300 animal friendly residents of Fairfield County flocked to the Greenwich Audubon center to honor two environmental devotees. Guests enjoyed a series of monologues by Master of Ceremonies Chevy Chase. Honorees Jayni Chase and Kathryn D. Wriston discussed why environmental education is a critical component in young people’s development, and how the Audubon is a partner in these efforts. With over $550,000 raised at the event, the Audubon will continue to protect the most at-risk birds found along Long Island Sound’s coast, as well as expand the Atlantic Flyway. audubonct.org
