This is a great class for the beginner yoga student or someone who has been away from yoga for awhile. The key to achieving the benefits of your yoga is to know the foundational elements.
This class will focus on the pranayma (breathing), basic postures (asana) and meditation. It will allow you to learn alignment principles and breathe techniques. All levels welcome.
Please bring a mat (we have them for rent if you need one), water bottle and comfortable clothing.
