DESCRIPTION:<p>\n	As part of its goal to build on the success of 2012\, the
  <strong>Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce (the Chamber) </strong>is con
 tinuing its <strong>Leadership Luncheon series on Thursday\, February 28th
 \, with a discussion of school violence</strong>. <strong>Dr. S David Bern
 stein</strong>\, an expert in the field\, will focus his lecture on <stron
 g>“Warning Signs for Risk of School Violence”\,</strong> and will identify
  red flag behaviors and information leakage that can be detected by fellow
  students\, or by parents or educators.</p>\n<p>\n	 <strong>Dr. S. David B
 ernstein</strong> is currently the head of the Connecticut Psychological A
 ssociation's Forensic Division. He has held appointments at Yale Universit
 y School of Medicine and Harvard University Medical School\, where he comp
 leted his residency in Forensic Psychology in the Department of Law and Ps
 ychiatry.</p>\n<p>\n	The event will take place from <strong>12:00 to 1:30<
 /strong> at <strong>HSBC\, 19 Post Road East\, in Westport</strong>. Lunch
  will be provided by Blue Lemon\, Westport. Additional 2013 Chamber of Com
 merce Leadership Luncheons will be held on April 25th and June 27th</p>\n<
