 the New Year — its 35th as a significant presence in the Fairfield County 
 art world — with an exhibition of work by three new members from Stamford.
  The show will introduce Claudio Altesor and Barbara Mathis\, painters\; a
 nd Phyllis Sinrich\, photographer\, who were selected from a large group o
 f applicants in a competitive jurying process that the LAA conducts every 
 other year. <strong>An</strong> <strong>Artist Reception will be held on F
 riday\, January 18 from 6 to 9 pm.</strong> <strong>“2013/3 New Members”</
 strong> will be on exhibit at the LAA Gallery located at 845 Canal Street 
 in Stamford\, CT.  Admission and parking are free. <strong>Regular Gallery
