\n StarWrite is LLS’ third annual author’s luncheon. This ye ar’s guest speaker will be best selling author Jane Green. Jane is one of the founding writers behind the genre known as ‘chick lit’\, she now write s novels that reflect the lives of real women today\, with all the trials and tribulations that come with real life: from in-laws\, motherhood\, mid -life crises and loss\, all of which are told with Green’s trademark warmt h\, wit and wisdom. Guests will also be able to participate in a raffle\, chance auction and book signing as part of the day’s festivities.

\n\n Jane has written twelve novels\, with popular books inclu ding Jemima J\, Mr. Maybe\, The Beach House\, Prom ises to Keep\, and Second Chance. Her newest novel Another P iece of my Heart was released earlier this year. The Washington Pos t describes her writing as 'smart and complex'\, Entertainment Week ly says 'unexpectedly honest'\, and USA Today has said: 'Happy\ , melancholic and beautifully written.'
