\n Over the Edge to support Special Olympic s is coming to Stamford on Wednesday\, August 29th. This event will give b rave souls with big hearts the chance to rappel down one of Stamford’s tal lest buildings - the new Infinity building at Harbor Point – for the thril l of it and to support Special Olympics athletes. Harbor Point’s Infinity is located at 201 Commons Park South\, Stamford. Special Olympics is seeki ng participants to volunteer to rappel. \n\n The e vent will kick-off at 9 a.m. and run throughout the day. Pre-registration is required\, and will give participants the opportunity to create a perso nal fundraising page so that their friends\, family members and colleagues can “sponsor” them easily and securely. The event also offers the opportu nity to Toss Your Boss. Co-workers can join forces to rai se funds and send their boss over the side of the prominent building that day. A good-hearted\, willing boss is required. No experience is necessary . An introductory class will be held on the day of the event. It’s safe\, exciting and for a good cause.

For one day in Stamford\, i ndividuals will\, themselves\, demonstrate courage and go to new heights t o support these athletes by participating in Over the Edge.
